All bands and tags have unlimited data updates and allow data changes the first year from the date of purchase. After the first year there is a $10.00 fee for unlimited updates for another year.

Return and Refund Policy

All bands and tags are tested prior to shipping. Products that are damaged during shipping will be replaced and offers a lifetime $10 (including shipping) replacement on damaged/lost bands. Bands and military dog tag chain tags are not returnable and non-refundable as they are wearable items.

Stickers and cards are not returnable unless damaged during shipping.
